Piers Morgan slams Taylor Swift over feud with Kanye West: "We've been conned!"

Piers Morgan has slammed Taylor Swift over her feud with Kanye West, insisting: "We've been conned".

The television personality defended Taylor just last month, branding her a "fantastic example of what every young woman should strive to be".

But after Kim Kardashian released a clip on Snapchat showing her husband Kanye talking to the star, Piers has had a real change of heart.

Talking on Good Morning Britain, he said:

"Can we rename her Pinocchio Swift? I feel completely conned! Unfortunately, it's that moment you get exposed for little porkie pies, Miss Swift. 

I wanted to believe in you, Taylor.

"I wrote a whole column about how she was a shining example. Now I have to look at myself and say you were conned, Piers."

In an interview with GQ last month, Kim branded Taylor a liar for saying she didn't know Kanye was going to include her in his song, which includes the line: "I made that b**** famous"
